Where does Lucidus deliver?
Lucidus delivers to most serviceable pin codes across India through courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may depend on pin code, product category, courier partner coverage, COD availability, and operational conditions.
Does Lucidus provide international shipping?
Currently, Lucidus does not provide international shipping. Orders are delivered only within serviceable locations in India.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting a product, adding it to cart, entering your billing and shipping details, choosing a payment method, and confirming the order at checkout.
How can I check my order status?
You can check order status from the My Account section. Open Orders, select the relevant order, and check the latest status or tracking details, if available.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible. Please contact official support immediately with your Order ID if you need to update your address before dispatch.
Can Lucidus cancel my order?
Yes. Lucidus Solution Private Limited may cancel an order due to payment failure, invalid address, product unavailability, courier serviceability issues, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, fake COD orders, or technical errors.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during festivals, sales, public holidays, high order volume, payment verification, address verification, or operational delays.
What is the estimated delivery timeline?
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are usually:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Other Cities: 5 to 7 working days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7 to 10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, festivals, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or operational delay.
Which courier partners may deliver my order?
Courier partners may include Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, or other authorized logistics partners depending on serviceability and operational conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be sent through SMS, email, WhatsApp, website notification, or shown in the My Account order section. Tracking may take a few hours to update after courier pickup.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed, contact official support with your Order ID and registered details. Our team will review the shipment status and coordinate with the courier partner where possible.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery, or other payment options enabled on the website. Availability may depend on order value, location, and website settings.
Is online payment secure?
Online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Lucidus does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, OTP, or sensitive payment credentials.
What if payment is deducted but order is not confirmed?
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, it may be treated as a failed payment. Banks or payment gateways may automatically reverse the amount within 3 to 7 working days. In rare cases, it may take up to 10 working days.
How long does refund processing take?
Refund initiation generally takes 5 to 7 working days after approval. Bank, UPI, card, wallet, or payment gateway settlement may take additional time. In some cases, final credit may take up to 10 working days.
Where will my refund be credited?
For prepaid orders, refunds are generally processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI transfer, store wallet credit, or any other mode approved by the Company.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
What is the return or replacement window?
Lucidus offers a 7-day return or replacement window on eligible products from the date of delivery. Approval depends on product category, product condition, request timing, proof submitted, and successful quality check.
Which products are non-returnable or non-replaceable?
Certain products may not be eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene, safety, customization, or product nature.

How can I raise a return or replacement request?
Go to My Account, open Orders, select the relevant order, click Request Return / Replace if available, select the reason, upload proof where required, and submit the request for review.
What proof is required for damaged or wrong product claims?
For damaged, defective, wrong product, missing item, or tampered parcel claims, customers may be required to provide:
- Clear product images
- Clear image of shipping label
- Clear image of outer packaging
- Clear image of damaged or defective area
- Full parcel opening video
- Order ID and registered contact details
Such claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment or dispatch, subject to product category, order status, payment status, dispatch status, and cancellation policy. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible under normal circumstances.
